Army Strong Bonds Program – PSA
NCI produced a series of digital Public Service Announcements (PSAs) designed to inform soldiers and their families about the benefits related to attending an Army Strong Bonds event and provided them with a call to action for event sign up. These PSAs have aired on the Armed Forces Network (AFN), the Pentagon Channel and at local Army commands.
NCI produced an outreach educational campaign titled “Never Alone” for the Department of the Army Chief of Chaplains Office. Three commercial grade, professional Public Service Announcements (PSAs) were created to tell the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps story to both internal and external audiences around the globe. Over one million Soldiers, family members, and civilians have viewed these .30, .60 and .90 second spots by way of the Pentagon Channel, Armed Forces Network (AFN), installation movie theaters, social media outlets and at every major Active Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard command.

NCI designed a survey tool utilizing Scantron® technology and surveyed over 135,000 Soldiers and family members, using the resulting data to identify shifts in attendee behaviors and attitudes, measure program success and adjust the educational approach by introducing new curriculums that satisfy changing participant needs.
